You will find suitable envelopes, bags and boxes for your company’s domestic and international mailings in the Envelope Store. Minimum order quantities: envelopes 100 pcs, packages 50 pcs.
Please note: As the sealing adhesive on the envelopes weakens over time, we recommend ordering Pre-Paid Envelopes for up to a maximum of one year’s use.
Special Envelopes and Packaging
If our standard selection doesn’t include an envelope or package suitable for your mail, we offer custom-made solutions tailored to your company’s needs.
For example, a security-perforated envelope ensures absolute confidentiality of your messages, as it cannot be resealed without leaving visible traces. Additionally, the security print on the inside of the envelope prevents the contents from being visible through the envelope.
Pricing
Pre-Paid Envelopes are available with both the domestic and international postage fee. The price also depends on the sizes of the envelopes, the packaging and weight classes. In domestic Pre-Paid Envelopes, the price is also influenced by the delivery speed (Economy or Priority).

Maximum weights and dimensions
Maximum weights:
- Large envelopes (C4/E4): domestic and international 300 g
- Small envelopes (C5/E5): domestic and international 100 g
- Packaging products for sending small items are also available, e.g. bag envelopes, wave/bubble bags and boxes with a maximum weight of 1,000 g.
Maximum dimensions:
- Thickness of C/E 4 and C/E 5 envelopes: 30 mm
- Thickness of bag envelopes, wave/bubble bags and boxes: 30 mm
More information on items abroad
The content of a letter containing goods that is sent outside the EU must be reported both with a CN22 customs slip attached on top of the letter and electronically with this form, along with the sender’s and recipient’s information.
