Special Envelope

Order a unique envelope for your company. You can design the appearance and dimensions yourself or use our expert design service. Please consider the following in your design: • Minimum size: 90 mm x 140 mm, minimum thickness 0.2 mm • Maximum size: 250 mm x 353 mm, maximum thickness 30 mm • The payment indication is printed on the envelope as a standard marking on white background.

Product information

Service level
The service level determines how quickly the item is delivered. For domestic envelopes, choose the faster Priority or the more affordable Economy. Letters sent abroad are delivered using the Priority speed. Read more on the Instructions page.

Select the required security features. You can select a security seal that prevents the envelope from being opened unnoticed or a security print that protects the contents from being seen through the envelope.

Envelope Window
Select the window option that fits the envelope. The window allows you to view the address information through the envelope.No window: The address information is printed directly on the envelope.Small window (35 × 90 mm): Displays the recipient’s name and address line, for example. Large window (60 × 90 H603:J603mm): Allows multiple lines to be displayed.Other: A special solution or a customized window. Provide the additional information in connection with the order.
Sealing
Select the sealing method for the envelope.Adhesive strip: A neat and fast sealing option that is easy to use. Moistenable glue: A traditional sealing method that requires moistening before sealing.

Printing

Material
The pre-paid envelopes can be printed based on the material you provide, or you can use our skilled design service. Choose the option that works best for you.

Additional Information

Reference / info code is shown on the invoice and can be up to 15 characters long.
