Questions and answers about the new Posti Envelope Store

Why is the supplier of the Posti Envelope Store and pre-paid envelopes changing?

We entered into a strategic partnership with PunaMusta Oy in the spring. Posti’s delivery expertise and PunaMusta’s design and printing expertise enable us to offer our customers more diverse paper communication services than before.


When will the new Envelope Store open?

The new Envelope Store will open on October 1 at 8 a.m. at postikuori.posti.fi


Until when can I use the current/old Envelope Store?

You can use the current/old Envelope Store and place orders until 2 p.m. on September 30, 2025. After this, Edita Prima’s store at (https://pkk-saml.editaprima.fi) will close completely.


Can I order pre-paid envelopes from Edita later in another way?

No. The production of pre-paid envelopes will be transferred to PunaMusta on October 1, 2025.


Can I use previously ordered pre-paid envelopes normally?

Yes, you can. Changing the envelope supplier does not affect this.


Will the order history and previous/old materials and logos, etc., be transferred to the new store?

The order history and the materials you have loaded will not be transferred to the new service. You must save all the information you need yourself. For example, Posti’s customer service will not be able to help you with this.

Save the order information and PDFs of the drafts you need before the old Envelope Store closes on September 30, 2025, at 2 p.m. You can use them as a template when creating new material. If you have saved materials to be printed in the Envelope Store, please also save those.

Once the old store has closed, you can no longer access it to search for any information.


What is the address of the new Envelope Store?

The new address is postikuori.posti.fi and it will become available on October 1 at 8 a.m.

You can access the Envelope Store through Posti's self-service channels page or directly at postikuori.posti.fi.


How do I log in to the service?

You can log in to the Envelope Store using a Posti transaction code. The current transaction codes will also work in the new store.

New: In future, the customer account number and the invoicing address number will be selected immediately when you log in, and cannot be changed at a later stage of ordering.

If more than one option is linked to your username, make sure you know the correct customer account number and invoicing address number. You can find the invoicing address numbers and information in your OmaPosti Pro Business Account.


How do I know which of the company’s/organization’s invoicing addresses to use when placing my order?

Ask the responsible person of your company/organization for advice.


Will invoicing change?

No.


Will my customer relationship be transferred to PunaMusta?

No. Your customer relationship and customer data will be stored at Posti.


How easy is it to use the new store?

The Envelope Store is easy to use, and many of the functionalities remain largely the same. The instructions for use can be easily found there, and you can also ask for help by contacting the Envelope Store’s own customer service.

However, make sure to reserve a sufficient amount of time for placing the first order for each envelope type, as the envelope's printing information will be added with the new design tool in the future. You can upload the ready-to-print PDF materials or add the logo, the sender's information and any image to be printed on the envelope separately.

If you wish, you can order designing the envelope as a service.


How do I place a repeat order?

You can place a repeat order based on a previous one after placing your first order in the new store.


Is it possible to continue to get help with designing the envelopes?

Yes, PunaMusta offers comprehensive design assistance. The design service is subject to a charge.


Will the envelope selection be expanded?

The basic selection will remain unchanged.

Ordering special envelopes is now even easier. Tell us your wishes by placing a separate order and agree on the production and costs of the envelopes separately with PunaMusta.


What will be the delivery speed of envelopes in the future?

The delivery speed will remain unchanged, 5–7 weekdays.

The finished products are delivered as a Posti Express 14 parcel and, if necessary, also as freight.


Will the prices of envelopes increase on October 1?

The price list for pre-paid envelopes will change slightly on October 1, 2025. Changing the price list is necessary as the number of inks used in envelopes and packaging will no longer affect the price in the future. There will be fewer price lists, and the product numbers and names will change. Minor changes have also been made to order batches.

Changes to the pricing principles have a moderate effect on prices. The new item prices are slightly higher than those of the previous 2-color products.
