Using the Envelope Store

The Envelope Store is easy to use. In the online store, you can place your order when it suits you best or you can submit a request for proposal to our design service.

General instructions for using the Envelope Store

1. Browsing and selecting products.

  • Go to the Products page.
  • You can browse the selection and view products without logging in, but adding products to the shopping cart requires logging in to the service
  • Select the product you want and click on the product page (e.g. B4 envelope) to view it in more detail and make choices related to the envelope and sending

2. Make your choice

  • Select the service level (delivery speed) for the product: Priority, Economy or Abroad.
  • Select whether you want a window envelope
  • Select the direction of the envelope and the sealing method.

Your order’s pricing is automatically updated according to your choices in the top right corner of the page. You can test different batch sizes by using the calculator.

3. Materials and design

  • Select printing on envelopes. The pre-paid envelopes can be printed based on the ready materials you have entered or you can order design assistance from our design service.
  • If you enter the materials yourself, you will add the materials in the next stage. Complete the order in the online store.
  • If you would like to use the design service, please share your ideas or leave with us nearly finished materials for refinement. The design work is charged at an hourly rate and you will receive an offer by email before the work starts.

4. Shopping cart and request for proposal

  • Next, add the products to your shopping cart (you can combine different products into the same order).
  • The order rows in the shopping cart show the products in which you enter the materials yourself. On the offer lines are the products for which you have selected the design service.

5. Editing the appearance

  • Click on the Envelope printing function for the product in the shopping cart and you will go to the editing view.
  • You can add a logo, the sender's information and other graphics to the envelope. The system takes into account the areas reserved for Posti’s markings on your behalf.
  • Edit both the front and back of the envelope.
  • Finally, check the draft and accept the terms of use. If you wish, you can download a PDF file of the draft to your computer.

6. Ordering and delivery

  • Click on Proceed to order
  • Check the invoicing address
  • Select one or more delivery addresses. Delivery to one address is free of charge, and for an additional charge, you can split the item among several delivery addresses.
  • Add a potential discount code
  • Give your order a recognizable name and define an email address for the order confirmation
  • Confirm the order

Order history and order renewal

All placed orders are saved in your order history, and you can later place the same order again with the same information. You can order a previously ordered batch again by selecting Order again. You can find your order history in your profile in the top right corner of the page
